• Organizing and conducting events, educational courses, or congresses

• Sending organizational information

The data will not be processed for any other purposes.

4. Use of Google Forms

This form is provided using Google Forms, a service of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

In the course of using this service, personal data may be processed on Google servers. Data transfer to the United States cannot be excluded.

Google relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR for international data transfers.

5. Recipients of the Data

Your personal data will generally not be shared with third parties unless:

• required by law,

• necessary for the performance of a contract,

• or you have expressly consented to such disclosure.

6. Data Retention

Personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations.

Afterwards, the data will be deleted.
